TheWayCM News Update – February 2013

Daddy Chuma and Oscar
 Kenya
By the grace of God, the Mary’s Meals feeding programme in partnership with TheWayCM Kenya has now exceeded 20,000 school children being fed every day. Read more at this link: http://bit.ly/13iJg7I
Our Apostolic Overseer for Kenya, Apostle Charles Chuma, has also managed to expand the work of ‘making disciples out of Christians’ using our Training for Life resources. He now has an Apostolic Team of seven leaders to help him with the expanding work. Although all of our 5,000 members in Kenya go through our Foundations Course some of them, in smaller groups, are working through the three semesters of our Global Training for Life Course. These graduates will become our next wave of leaders in Kenya and further afield.

Asher and Lubna John
Apostle Asher Married
Our Apostolic Overseer for Pakistan was married to
Lubna John in January this year (2013). We congratulate them and pray for a happy, healthy and fruitful marriage.

Art Exhibition
Preparations for Peter’s art exhibition in Mijas, Spain are now well under way. The first batch of prints for the exhibition have been proofed. The exhibition catalogue, as well as including reproductions of the exhibits, will now also include poems for each piece. Peter has written most of these, Nancy has also written some and Peter has invited some other artists to contribute.
The Spanish translation of Peter’s autobiography is almost ready to go to print. It will be launched on the opening night of the Mijas exhibition.

WOS_Jesus is LORD said...

Peter's life story and turning to God
in Jesus, in his book "Wee Boys From Glasgow Don't Cry," shows great similarities to that of Miguel Diez who established REMAR in his book "Setting Out For Deeper Waters," both are great works of God in our day. That is their very lives _ witness of true God, true faith, true repentance, true redemption, true Spirit at work
